We like to have you and your clients join us for our inspection findings recap/walk through at the conclusion of the physical inspection. We will answer all your questions. HomeTech Property Inspections have gone through InterNachi courses and have done continued education classes.
We have a full time inspection coordinator that answers our phones, emails, and texts, and our education process begins at the time of booking to ensure your clients schedule only the services that meet their needs and are appropriate for their new home. All our agreements, payments, and reports are handled online. This ensures that they will be received in a timely manner. We also offer online scheduling and a request a quote option to make ourselves available anytime.
We are client friendly with a commitment to making sure we have a no touch process where the homeowner will not even know we were there.
