Operations Manager: Hometech Property Inspections
Our growing residential real estate inspection company is looking to add a growth minded, enthusiastic, and energetic member to our team based in Heber City. Full job training will be provided, no inspection company experience needed. General office and or Real Estate knowledge is a plus.
-To help provide buyers and sellers of residential property the ability to make well educated decisions with confidence.
-To provide the highest level of service while creating strong, lasting relationships.
-Communicate directly with clients and Real Estate professionals
-Organize and schedule appointments for multiple inspectors
-Process job requests from: phone, email, text, and online sources
-Answer phones and follow up with prospective orders daily
-Assist in social media/blog posting, prospecting, marketing, research and development
– Must exhibit integrity, have respect for others, and pride themselves on building high quality relationships.
-A great attitude, true desire to help people, and strong work ethic
-The ability to communicate on a high level with a variety of personality types
-Excellent written and verbal skills
-General computer, phone, text, email, social media and computing skills
-Multi tasking, prioritizing, and time management skills area must
Job type: Full Time
Compensation: Hourly/Salary based on skill set with appointment scheduling/performance bonuses, Paid vacation and personal days, performance based annual bonus. Office with a view.
